1. We deliver nationwide in the Philippines via our third-party courier. With the travel restrictions imposed by the government due to COVID-19, please expect some delay when delivering the packages to provincial and island areas.
2. Upon check-out, your order(s) will automatically be saved and reserved in our system. For non-cash on delivery transactions, please settle your payment within 24 hours after check-out to keep your reservation. After 24 hours, Steleo PH has the right to cancel orders that are not paid within the given time. Shall there be delays in settling the payment, the customer should message Steleo PH as soon as possible via Facebook (Steleo PH) or Instagram (@steleo.ph) on when the customer will be able to settle the payment and reason for delay.
3. Shall the customer mistakenly pay his/her orders after the 24-hour time frame without prior notice, and his/her order is already cancelled, the customer should message Steleo PH for re-ordering purposes. If the items are out-of-stock already, the payment will be refunded to the customer.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of his/her package. A tracking number and link where the package can be tracked will be provided after order has been shipped out. Packages will be shipped out within 1 to 3 days after the payment has been made (no ship-out on Sundays and Holidays). We deliver our packages via third party service providers (partner couriers), and thus, Steleo PH must not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier. Rest assured, we always ship out your orders on time. Also, customer can always message us in any case he/she is having problems in tracking the package, or need any help or clarification, so we can also help escalate to our courier.
5. Strictly NO cancellations allowed once the package is shipped out already. Once order is confirmed, it is the responsibility of the customer to settle the payment soonest. Order only when you’re a sure buyer.
6. Strictly NO refusal of orders once it arrived (especially for Cash-on-Delivery purchases). Customers who refuse to pay or receive orders upon delivery will no longer be entertained, moving forward.
7. NO return / exchange / refund if reasons are: change of mind or wrong size. Please read carefully our size guide and chart before placing an order. It helps that you also know your measurements too. If you are not sure with some measurements, message us right away so we can help.
8. If ever the items received are damaged (*we don’t send-out damaged items, but package might be damaged while in transit due to courier mishandling), please provide and send a photo or video to us by messaging us in our Facebook, Instagram or Email (steleo.ph@gmail.com) for refund purposes. No need to return the damaged item(s) and we will happily send a refund. Don’t worry, we do our best to wrap each package carefully so that it will arrive to you in perfect condition.
9. Steleo PH team shall not be held liable for wrong inputs of the buyer’s details (name / delivery address / contact number / email address). If ever the parcel is shipped and delivered to the wrong address because of the aforementioned reason, the team (Steleo PH) will not be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery. If ever customer inputted the wrong delivery information, he / she shall immediately inform our team so we can correct and amend the details before ship-out, to ensure successful delivery. Once package is shipped out already, delivery details cannot be changed anymore.
10. Steleo PH team has the right NOT to ship partially paid orders or orders chosen with the wrong shipping fee even if it is partially paid. Customers should be responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping fee for their orders, corresponding to their address and mode of payment.
11. By checking out your orders, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of Steleo PH.
12. Steleo PH team reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
