Wash / Care Instructions:
– Delicate hand wash only in cold to normal temp water. Do not use hot water. Do not wash in washing machine.
– Do not bleach. Use gentle detergent.
– Do not twist/wring and avoid stretching the fabric too much as it might cause it to lose its shape.
– Wash dark colors separately.
– Air dry only; dry flat or hang to dry.
– DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. Using heat driers (especially when exposed to high heat) can cause shrinkage.
– Iron low if needed while slightly damped or spritz with water when ironing.

*If ever item arrives damaged, kindly message us so we can help and replace the item. Rest assured that we don’t ship out damaged items and we check carefully before shipping out, but there are rare cases that parcel might be damaged while in transit (i.e. courier mishandling). Don’t worry – we’re here to help and we’ll wrap it well to avoid any inconvenience.
*Once package is delivered, customer has 5 days to check if there is any damage and to file for an exchange (if there is any).
*Please take a video or photo before and while opening your package for easy processing of replacement / exchange just in case item that arrive has damage(s) or if there are missing items. No video/photo, no refund.
*Replacement, exchange or refund will not be granted if item is already altered in any way or if washed already. Kindly ensure that all tags are still intact and item has not been altered to be qualified for replacement / exchange.
